The Supply Qualification QLM Project for oGT which was launched earlier in March has its next phase coming up soon in May. While so far the QLM is being used to effectively understand the quality of leads being generated, the upcoming phase will be focusing on helping you analyze your data and draw out a possible way forwards for your entity in reference to your QLM report. So stay tuned for that and keep qualifying your leads until then :P

iGT Update: Sales Project 3 year road map
To our iGT friends working on sales audit to improve sales in your entity: In the months of March and April, we have continued to work on with the following:
- Sales Audit LC Downscaling (Find LC Downscaling tool here), to further help each LC to audit their sales performances and infrastructure
2. As Sales Audit is a long-term project that might potentially be involving several sessions, we have designed a 3-year road map especially for sales audit (here) for 20.21 currents to fill in. We also encourage you to have this discussion later with your 21.22 successors, in order to sustain the efforts done.
3. Just in case if you/your successor might be interested in joining the sales audit project to improve your long-term sales infrastructure and talent, you can take reference to our guide here and let Angela know how could she help you further on.
The Limitless Summit RFS is Coming Up!
The very first conference for MC 21.22 is here! Make sure your successors as well as all your MC candidates (if the process still ongoing) register for the RFS.
